GAOFA TECH supplies stainless steel tubes, titanium tubes, nickel alloy tubes, enhanced heat transfer tubes and titanium sheet for plate heat exchanger manufacturers. This Products Hub helps buyers move from material family to product type, application, inspection and quotation preparation.
Tube suitability depends on working medium, temperature, pressure, corrosion condition, heat transfer requirement, tube form, fabrication process, applicable standard and customer specification.
This page is the main product hub for GAOFA TECH. It is designed for buyers who need to compare tube material, tube form, application suitability, inspection requirements and quotation information before sending an RFQ.
Start from material when corrosion, temperature, standard or customer specification is already clear.
Tube form should be selected by pressure, wall thickness, forming, cost, specification and inspection route.
For heating elements, heat exchangers, refrigeration, seawater cooling and chemical equipment.
A clear RFQ helps confirm material direction, production route, inspection scope and packing requirement.
The product entries below are organized into material tube families, application-based tube products and enhanced / specialized products. Use material family pages when you know the material, and use application-based entries when you are selecting tubes by equipment type or working condition.
Use these entries when the required material direction is already known, or when the buyer wants to compare welded, seamless, coiled and enhanced tube forms within one material family.

Many buyers start with a material name, but tube selection should start from the real equipment condition. Stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloy and enhanced tubes solve different problems. The correct product depends on working medium, temperature, pressure, corrosion mechanism, heat transfer target, fabrication process and customer specification.
If the project is a replacement or material upgrade, provide the current material, tube drawing, failure mode, service condition and target improvement. This is especially important for copper tube replacement review, corrosion failure replacement and enhanced tube redesign.
If you are not selecting by material, start from your equipment type. These application pages connect product families with practical buyer scenarios.

A clear RFQ helps confirm the correct product family, tube form, material grade, production route, inspection scope and packing method. For an initial quotation, the basic information below is usually enough.
For heat exchanger replacement, corrosion failure, copper replacement, enhanced tube design or special inspection requirements, please also provide the working condition and drawing.
Use this short format when sending an initial tube inquiry.
Material review note: If you are not sure which product family is suitable, please provide the application, working medium, temperature, pressure, corrosion or scaling concern, heat transfer requirement, downstream fabrication process and any previous failure issue if available.
Send your material grade, tube form, size, quantity, application and working condition. GAOFA TECH can help route the inquiry to the correct product family and review whether stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloy or enhanced tubes should be compared.
GAOFA TECH supplies stainless steel tubes, titanium tubes, nickel alloy tubes, enhanced heat transfer tubes, inner grooved tubes, low fin tubes, heating element tubes, heat exchanger tubes and titanium sheet / plate for plate heat exchanger applications.
Material selection should be based on working medium, temperature, pressure, corrosion condition, chloride level, heat transfer requirement, fabrication process and customer specification. Stainless steel is often reviewed for general heating and heat transfer applications, titanium for seawater or chloride-rich cooling, and nickel alloys for high-temperature or severe corrosive service.
Yes. GAOFA TECH can review welded and seamless tube directions according to material grade, OD, wall thickness, pressure, standard, inspection requirement and customer specification. Welded and seamless tubes are not automatically interchangeable. Buyers can review the Seamless vs Welded Tubes Selection Guide before confirmation.
Heating element manufacturers can start from Heating Element Tubes. Common material directions include stainless steel, Incoloy, Inconel, Hastelloy and titanium depending on heater type, working medium, watt density, temperature, corrosion condition and customer specification.
Heat exchanger manufacturers can start from Heat Exchanger Tubes, Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger Tubes or Condenser & Evaporator Tubes. Product selection may involve stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloy or enhanced tubes depending on medium, pressure, temperature, fouling, cleaning and corrosion conditions.
They may be reviewed in selected projects, but they should not be treated as direct one-to-one copper tube substitutes. Thermal conductivity, wall thickness, tube geometry, flow velocity, fouling, pressure drop, tube sheet connection, corrosion resistance and equipment approval should be reviewed together. See the Copper Tube Replacement Review page.
For a basic tube quotation, please provide material grade, tube form, OD, wall thickness, length and quantity. For special applications, please also provide standard, drawing, application, working medium, temperature, pressure, corrosion condition, inspection requirement, packing requirement and destination.
Inspection and document support can be reviewed according to material, product form, order scope and customer requirement. Common items include MTC, dimensional inspection, PMI, visual inspection, eddy current testing, UT for selected tubes, pneumatic or hydrostatic testing and packing review. See the Quality Control page for more details.
