Forming, longitudinal welding, sizing, annealing and finishing for industrial tube applications.
Stainless Steel Welded Tubes →GAOFA TECH manufactures and supplies stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloy tubes for industrial heating, heat exchange and corrosion-resistant applications. Our capabilities cover welded and seamless production, tube finishing, coiled forms and selected enhanced heat transfer designs.
About GAOFA TECH →
Tube production covers specified dimensions, tolerances, delivery conditions and surface requirements, with material and processing routes matched to the tube specification.
Forming, longitudinal welding, sizing, annealing and finishing for industrial tube applications.
Stainless Steel Welded Tubes →Tube blank preparation, cold drawing or cold rolling, heat treatment and precision finishing.
Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes →Available diameter and wall thickness combinations vary by material, tube form and delivery condition.
From strip forming and welding to annealing, online dimensional control and final inspection, the production sequence supports the specified tube condition.
Material receipt → strip loading → tube forming.
Longitudinal welding → cooling → internal weld bead flattening where required.
First sizing → annealing → cooling → second sizing.
Online eddy current testing → laser diameter measurement → online marking.
Cutting to specified length → tube end trimming.
Eddy current / ultrasonic testing → water-tightness / pneumatic testing → manual inspection, according to the agreed inspection scope.
Finished tubes packed for delivery.

Eddy current testing, laser diameter measurement and marking are integrated into the welded tube sequence.
Welded Tube Specifications →The stainless steel route combines billet and tube blank preparation, cold working, heat treatment and finishing, followed by specification-based inspection.
Round bar → incoming re-inspection → peeling → cutting → centering.
Heating → piercing to produce the hollow tube blank.
Pickling → end facing → inspection and grinding.
Cold drawing or cold rolling → degreasing → heat treatment.
Straightening → tube cutting → pickling. Intermediate processing is repeated where required by the manufacturing route.
Physical and chemical testing → non-destructive testing → hydrostatic testing → surface inspection, according to the agreed inspection scope.
Identification → packing and storage → dispatch.

Cold drawing and cold rolling routes are followed by the required heat treatment, straightening, cutting and surface preparation.
Seamless Tube Specifications →Finishing and inspection cover the tube surface, dimensions and applicable testing requirements, with product protection carried through to packing.

Dimensional and surface inspection, material verification and applicable non-destructive or pressure testing are arranged to the agreed specification. Inspection examples and testing videos are available on our dedicated quality control page.
We review drawings and samples for application-specific tube requirements, covering manufacturing feasibility, dimensions, surface condition and delivery form.
Specified outside diameter, wall thickness, tolerance, straightness and cut-to-length requirements.
Coiled tube requirements reviewed against material, tube size, coil geometry and delivery format.
Drawing and sample review for inner grooves, low fins and selected enhanced heat transfer designs.
Material alternative assessment for the application, including ESHR-03 heating element tubes for selected projects.

Packing is arranged around the tube dimensions, surface condition and delivery requirements, with protection for handling and transport.
Our tube range covers stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys, including Incoloy, Inconel and Hastelloy, in welded, seamless, coiled and selected enhanced heat transfer tube forms.
The welded tube range is OD 6.0–88.9 mm and wall thickness 0.3–2.0 mm. Available size combinations, tolerances and delivery conditions vary by material and tube form.
The seamless tube range is OD 2–630 mm and wall thickness 0.2–50 mm. Available size combinations and processing routes vary by material, tube form and specification.
The process includes strip loading, forming, welding, cooling, internal weld bead flattening where required, two sizing stages with annealing between them, online inspection and marking, fixed-length cutting, end trimming, final testing, manual inspection and packing.
The route includes round bar preparation, heating and piercing, tube blank preparation, cold drawing or cold rolling, heat treatment, straightening, cutting, pickling, inspection, marking and packing. Intermediate processing can be repeated according to the manufacturing route.
Yes. We review drawings and samples for special dimensions, tolerances, surface requirements, groove or fin geometry and material alternatives. Development and manufacturing feasibility are assessed for the specific tube design.
